Give your child the confidence to stay calm, stand up, and protect themselves.
Every parent wants the same two things: a kid who's happy, and a kid who can take care of themselves. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu builds both — genuine confidence, focus, and real self-defense, taught by coaches so patient and fun your child asks to go back. Ages 3–14, no experience needed. Their first class is free.

You're not after another activity. You're after growth.
Most parents bring their kid to Jiu-Jitsu for what shows up off the mat. On the surface, kids learn grips, balance, and escapes. Underneath, they're learning to stay calm, keep trying, and back themselves.

"I wasn't sure how my 4-year-old would take to Jiu-Jitsu so young, but the instructors have been incredible — so patient and encouraging, and they really know how to work with the kids. I can already see his confidence and coordination growing week by week."

Parent questions
What ages can start?
We run two age-appropriate groups: Kids for ages 3 to 5, and Youth for ages 6 to 14. Each is structured for where kids are developmentally.
Does my child need any experience?
No. Beginners are exactly who these classes are built for. Kids learn progressively, in small steps they can actually feel.
Is it safe for young kids?
Classes are supervised, structured, and matched to age. The goal is controlled learning, not roughhousing.
My child is shy. Will this help?
Often, yes. Confidence here is built from small, visible wins. Shy kids get to try, improve, and take part in a supportive group without being put on the spot.
My child has a lot of energy. Good outlet?
A great one. Jiu-Jitsu gives active kids a structured way to move hard, focus, and channel that energy into something they get better at.
Can I watch class?
You're welcome to stay and watch your child's trial class. If you have questions about the viewing area, just ask when you arrive.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable athletic clothes for the first class. We'll guide you on a gi or training gear after the trial if your child continues.
How do we start?

Your child doesn't need to be tough, athletic, or outgoing to start. They just need the right place to begin, and someone patient to show them how.
